Yours are DEMON wings, possibly resembling those of a bat - huge, black, and clawed. You are cold and impure, and a born Creature of the Night. Possibly with an interest in those of a vampyric nature, or possibly one yourself. You have little sympathy or care for humanity and see them as existing for no real purpose, thus, you can be very manipulative and bend them to fit YOUR purpose. And you do have a purpose, to everything you do. Nine times out of ten it will be strictly for your own self gratification or perhaps merely amusement. As soon as a person or situation is no longer productive or pleasurable in your life, you will rid yourself of it or them. You could very well have just a touch of superiority complex or perhaps more than a touch?). Despite all of this, you are capable of love so intense that you place that person's wishes even above your own - the only time that you will do so Chances are you are attracted to people in which you see...yourself. Though many hate you for your carelessness and evil...Sexy, fierce sinful, and mysterious...you turn me on.
LOTR: The Return of the Kings was not as true to the book. But the whole trilogy wasn't, so i guess it wouldn't matter to those who haven't read the book.
Reading leaves a better imprint on one's imagination, and although the movie has enhanced it a bit, the experience is far from the experience of almost four hours in a gigantic room with or without some annoyance from a neighboring viewer.
2 things I'd hate to happen: (1) People reading the book because they're a fan of Mr. Elf - Legolas and get dissapointed they couldn't daydream as much of Orlando Bloom from all three books and (2) A movie marathon without breaks...

i burned my AMD Athlon XP 2500+ processor and ECS N2U400-A motherboard before they got to do anything!!
yes, next time i will remember to apply the darned thermal paste on the chip before installing the heatsink. curse them darned incomplete instruction manuals! how the heck was i supposed to know that "Heat Sink Silicone Compound" IS the thermal paste!
oh well. at least the next time wont be so bad. i'd rather assemble my pc for the first time and have something go wrong than never get to do it at all and then rely on technicians to fix every shitty thing i do. and at least they replaced the said items without extra charge, even though it WAS my fault. ah, i just love warranties.

You are Form 5, Dragon: The Weaver.
"And The Dragon seperated the virtuous from the sinful. He tore his eyes from his sockets and used them to peer into the souls of those on trial to make a judgement. He knew that with endless knowledge came endless responsibility."
Some examples of the Dragon Form are Athena Greek), St. Peter (Christian), and Surya Indian). The Dragon is associated with the concept of intelligence, the number 5, and the element of wood. His sign is the crescent moon.
As a member of Form 5, you are an intelligent and wise individual. You weigh options by looking at how logical they are and you know that while there may not always be a right or wrong choice, there is always a logical one. People may say you are too indecisive, but it's only because you want to do what's right. Dragons are the best friends to have because they're willing to learn.
i have neglected this place and other things more important than this...

George Orwell's Animal Farm is the perfect example of our current government. Or more particularly, a government shifting from its peak of idealism, to scandal, to corruption.
The allusions were absolutely amusing. : )

my introdb (database systems) professor's pep talk of the day: ...college is a picnic compared to working, but at least you earn. and who knows, after a few years you'll get promoted to analyst or manager, which will make your life even harder...
my laptop's batteries are officially fried, a letter arrived from the registrars office (in a matter of weeks my grades would be sent as well) and i just found out that there are no more slots for either one of the anmath1 classes my ideal type of professor teaches.
now, less than 24 hours to tomorrow, i have to do my homework, figure out how to materialize the poem(s) in my head for tomorrow's deadline and study for my netanal departmental exam.
the room is saturated by the music of the smashing pumpkins. i continue to balance whats left of my ambitions with hopes of finding purpose.

first day of the first term was, uhhh, same as it has always been. my monday schedule isnt that hectic anyway so it was pretty much as dull as my summer break.
i'm thankful though, that the malate office is still bursting with enthusiasm- although the odor of last term's moth balls are still in the air.

yesterday:
100 pesos for a cab ride from my home to DLSU. why? the cost of my parent's strictness left me with no knowledge of commuting through other routes. 17 years old and unable to go places without argument, an owner of a driver's license but not allowed to go anywhere, how gawd damn pitiful is that?!
on the lighter side of things, after getting the adjustment form in gokongwei, i went to meet up with louie in SPS, then we proceeded to greenbelt to watch The Matrix: Reloaded. (Yes, another movie i dont have to wait for in DVD to watch at home. Mwahahahah!!!) The movie was, sort of rushed in the end plus Smith was getting annoying. other than that, i enjoyed it. it kind of reminded me about something in Haruki Murakami's book though- the dreamreader and his librarian...
the driver of the cab i went home in was a born again protestant...so from makati-mandaluyong bridge to my house he kept yapping about the word of god in scripture. no use arguing with these people (not all of them in general, but the ones who think just because they believe in something whole heartedly they have the right to say any other belief is wrong)...they seriously believe that the bible did not contain human error-the imperfection of language and translation. the four gospels had different accounts of the same event, for goodness sake. but after all the annoyance it still cost me 100 pesos. Actually, it was only 80 something but in my hurry to get out, i told him to keep the change.
sigh...i hate money

for some unknown reason i was not able to log into blogger...oh well.
list of stuff i consider to have been good use of my time:
Haruki Murakami's Hardboiled Wonderland and the End of the World. It took me two weeks to read the first two chapters and a whole day to finish the next 38. Odd numbered chapters told the story of a 35 year old Japanese Calcutec in the real world hence, hardboiled wonderland, and even numbered chapter tells that of his persona, a dreamreader, living in his subconscious - A perfect town in the end of the world where everything and everyone has a role, shadow less and without mind, having no will of their own. It was confusing, but still had an edge to it, in a weird science fiction kind of way.
Finished the HTML site for my dad's company. Now, on to the flash enhanced site!
Cleaning, dusting, organizing. But everything resets to a mess after a few days.
Went to get my haircut after months of delay
Just this afternoon: my driver's license. Now, PhP 1,200 poorer, what the heck am i supposed to do with it??!
there...not very productive, im sure. but thats how it is, if i knew i was going to be this much of a bum i would have enrolled for a summer course.
bleh...
